29-year-old Aaron Hillis was booked on November 6th after officers observed a gray Nissan Versa with a non-functional brake light. When the officers approached the car, they immediately smelled the odor of alcohol and saw a handgun clearly in the center console area. They asked Hillis to step out of the vehicle and consent to field sobriety tests. He was visibly intoxicated and performed poorly on sobriety tests.
