31-year-old Amayrani Estefania Hughes, employee at Boba Shop, was involved in a single-car accident on Dunlop Lane in the night hours of November 20th. Officers arrived and observed Hughes to be visibly intoxicated, and she admitted to consuming alcohol but was unaware of how much. Hughes refused to perform sobriety tests or provide a blood sample, so officers had to execute a search warrant.
Amayrani Estefania Hughes of Barnhill Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 21st, charged with DUI and implied consent. She is free on a $3,000 bond.
