23-year-old Oshae Stewart was jailed on November 28th after police pulled him over for a hit-and-run on Airport Road. Stewart admitted to being involved in the accident, and his tags matched the tags of the vehicle at fault. When officers asked Stewart to step out of the car, he began reaching into his pocket, admitting to having a gun in his jacket and being a felon. After running his name through NCIC, it was discovered that the gun was reported stolen out of Murfreesboro. Stewart was then placed into custody and transported to booking.
Oshae Dashaun Stewart of Tabacco Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 28th, charged with convicted felon going armed and theft. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $20,000.
