63-year-old Norma Darlene Tyler had a domestic altercation with her daughter, Jasmine Tyler, at their Tylertown Road residence late February 11th. Jasmine spoke to officers when they arrived, advising them that she and Norma had argued and that it turned physical when she approached her with an air horn, blowing it in her face. Jasmine said that she tried to hit her with the horn, but she blocked it with her hands and then pushed her, causing her to fall back. She provided them with footage showing Norma approaching and blowing the air horn in her face. Norma Tyler was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Norma Darlene Tyler of Tylertown Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 12th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
