On March 8th, 25-year-old Justin Harrison was seen exposing himself at Michaels on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. Soeun Bae was in an aisle and looked over at Harrison who was facing her with his genitals fully exposed. Bae reactively screamed, so Harrison quickly ran away from her. Justin Harrison was taken into custody and charged with incident exposure a few days later on March 12th.
Justin Nodiko Harrison of Peachers Mill Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 12th, charged with indecent exposure and summons. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
