29-year-old Keyala Snipe and Dennis Broadie committed animal cruelty at Ladd Drive on January 17th. Officers arrived at the residence regarding a report of a deceased dog. Snipe stated that her husband Broadie put the dog outside, and it froze to death. The weather outside on January 16th was one degree. Snipe noted that the dog had been left outside all night and had been found by Broadie, which is when they contacted law enforcement, asking how to dispose of the body. Keyala Snipe was then taken into custody and charged with animal cruelty.
Keyala Monique Snipe of Ladd Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 14th, charged with animal cruelty. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $5,000.
