62-year-old James Latham was seen intoxicated at the Madison Street Publix on February 14th. An officer was flagged down by a woman in the parking lot who advised that a man had fallen inside the store. Upon contact with Latham, he had a strong odor of alcohol and showed clear signs of intoxication. Officers deemed Latham a danger to himself. James Latham was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
James William Latham of Colonial Terrace in Hopkinsville, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 14th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
