22-year-old Jeremiah Usita was speeding on Ashland City Road on March 20th. Usita was recorded traveling at 86mph in a 50mph zone. Officers came into contact with Usita after avoiding a head-on collision due to Usita’s recklessness. A search of Usita’s driving history revealed a separate occasion a year ago when Usita was going 70mph in a 40mph zone. Jeremiah Usita was taken into custody and charged with reckless driving, improper passing, speeding, and window tint.
Jeremiah Nainoa Usita of California Ave in Fort Campbell, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 20th, charged with reckless driving, improper passing, speeding, and window tint. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000.
