21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Christian Blackwell was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend at a Westfield Court residence on May 23rd. Officers arrived on the scene and spoke with the victim, who claimed she left the apartment due to an argument she was having with Blackwell, and he followed her to her car. When she started yelling at Blackwell, he flashed and grabbed his gun, telling her he would use it if she didn’t stop talking to him that way. The victim believed he would seriously harm her and called law enforcement. Blackwell was then taken into custody for aggravated assault.
Christian Allen Blackwell of Westfield Ct in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 24th, charged with aggravated assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $7,500.
