23-year-old David Arthur Hernandez was involved in a domestic dispute with his sister Luz Hernandez, on N. Riverside Dr. in the early hours of October 22. Officers spoke with Luz, who advised them that she and David got into an argument over car keys because he was drunk and trying to drive. David reportedly pushed Luz when she took the keys from him. David Arthur Hernandez was taken into custody for domestic assault.
David Arthur Hernandez of Shannon St in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 22nd, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
