44-year-old Brandon Shaw was booked on November 14th when officers observed him speeding down Dover Road. He was clocked going 55 mph in a 45 mph zone and was pulled over at the Exxon gas station. While speaking with Mr. Shaw, officers noticed the odor of alcohol coming from his vehicle and asked him to step out. He exited his vehicle and used the patrol vehicle to hold himself up while he admitted to the police that he had four drinks containing vodka. Additionally, there was a spilled bottle of alcohol observed in plain sight on the passenger’s floorboard. He was then asked to consent to sobriety tests, which he performed poorly, and was taken into custody.

Brandon James Shaw of Ishee Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 14th, charged with driving under the influence, open container, speeding, and violation of implied consent law. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
