33-year-old Michael Kite was found at the scene of a one-vehicle crash on November 8. When Officer Tyler Irvin made contact with the driver, Kite, he could smell the aroma of an alcoholic beverage coming from him, as well as his eyes being bloodshot. Kite told the officer that he had “2 beers per game and played three games” while bowling. So, the officer conducted field sobriety tests, which Kite performed poorly. Kite was then transported to Tennova for medical clearance and a blood draw. Kite was taken into custody and charged with DUI.
Michael Anthony Kite of Dominion Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 9th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
