On November 10th, 37-year-old Randi Kristen Sisto Franklin ran into her husband, Joseph Franklin, who had a couple of drinks, which caused her to become very angry. This led to the two arguing in their laundry room when Joseph attempted to go to the garage, but Randi struck him in the nose. When questioned by the reporting officer, Randi said, “If I did hit him, I do not remember.” Franklin was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence.
Randi Kristen Sisto-Franklin of Chardea Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 10th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $250.
