34-year-old Marino Billios was jailed on November 1st after assaulting his roommate on Palamino Drive. Toyo Sanders was bleeding from his eye and mouth as he told officers that he was drinking and got into an argument about rent with Marino and Ezra Billios. They took the altercation outside, where it became physical. Marino attacked Sanders, punching and hitting him with a baseball bat. A witness corroborated Sander’s story.
Marino Billios of Palamino Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 11th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
