24-year-old Owen Robinson was seen visibly intoxicated at Ride and Shine Auto Detail on Providence Boulevard, pulling door handles on November 26th. When the officer contacted Robinson, he told them he had just left AJ’s bar and was walking through the area. During the conversation, the officer could tell that Robinson was intoxicated and asked him if he had anything to drink; he said to them that he had six beers and smoked a blunt of marijuana. Robinson was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Owen Anthony Robinson of Bluebonnet Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 26th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
