29-year-old Soldier Matthew Haworth was seen speeding toward Dover Road on December 18th. Haworth was doing 70MPH in a 55MPH zone, which led officers to conduct a traffic stop. Upon contact with Haworth, officers observed that Haworth was inebriated. He admitted to coming from Tipper’s Bar and drinking “5 beers” when asked. Haworth was then asked to perform sobriety tests and performed poorly. Matthew Haworth was taken into custody and charged with speeding and driving under the influence.
Matthew Everet Haworth of Parkside Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on December 18th, charged with DUI, speeding, and summons. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
