20-year-old Kiwian Jones was caught with drugs at Mutual Drive on December 18th. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Jones because they observed that his passenger-side brake light was out. Upon contact with Jones, an officer noticed the smell of weed from the vehicle. During a probable cause search, nine packages were found, all weighing around five grams. Jones admitted that the substance was “weed” and knew the measurements of all the bags. Jones was taken into custody and charged with possession with intent.
Kiwian Jones of Prewitt Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on December 18th, charged with drugs. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
