51-year-old Angela Marie Tucker stumbled through the parking lot in front of Casa Blanca, pulling on car door handles on January 28th. Officers responded and noticed Tucker to have pin point pupils and slurred speech. Officers noted that Tucker appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic substance. Officers deemed her a danger to herself and others, and she was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Angela Marie Tucker of S 2nd Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on January 28th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $439.
