20-year-old Diamond Tankard was seen resisting arrest at Alexander Boulevard on February 9th. Tankard called 911 advising that her ex-boyfriend, Davone Starks, was at her residence and had left before officers arrived. The National Crime Information Center confirmed that a COR was on file for Tankard and that she was forbidden from having any contact with Starks. After verifying the COR, Tankard closed the door and refused to open it for officers. Once officers were able to open the door, an officer attempted to take Tankard into custody. Tankard then refused to place her hands behind her back when told to. After a struggle, Diamond Tankard was taken into custody and charged with charged with contempt and resisting arrest. The couple also have a previous history of domestic assault.
Diamond Lanae Tankard of Alexander Blvd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 9th, charged with contempt and resisting arrest. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $4,000.
