27-year-old Mike Santiago was booked on an outstanding warrant from March 27th, 2023, when he stole a .38 Smith and Wesson. On March 7th, 2023, Ann Hibler allowed Santiago to use her vehicle while she was away at rehab. Santiago told Hibler that he took her gun out of the car and put it in her storage unit. Hibler looked but didn’t find her gun in her vehicle or the storage unit. She was later notified that the firearm had been pawned on March 14th, 2023, at Cowboy Dan’s Trading Post & Pawn on Dover Road. Hibler’s gun was valued at $2,500.
Mike Anthony Santiago of Old Dover Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 3rd, charged with theft of property. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000.
