42-year-old Joseph Cooper was involved in an altercation with his son, Cody Cooper, at their shared Marie Drive residence on February 24th. Cody informed law enforcement that he and Joseph had an argument that became physical. Cody stated that during their argument, Joseph pushed him twice and balled up his fist. Cody noted that Joseph’s actions placed him in fear. Joseph Cooper was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Joseph Timothy Cooper of East Bel Air Boulevard in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 24th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner his bond at $500.
