31-year-old Lakyea Rosenberger was involved in a crash on Peachers Mill Road on the night of February 24th. Officers arrived and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Rosenberger. Rosenberger then admitted to consuming an alcoholic beverage before driving. Officers noted that Rosenberger had also urinated on herself. Rosenberger consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and agreed to provide a breath sample with a final result of .093 BAC. Rosenberger was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence on February 25th.
Lakyea Rosenberger of Freedom Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 25th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,500.
