50-year-old Mark Thomas was involved in an altercation with his sister-in-law, Juanita Thomas, at Sevenmile Ferry Road on February 13th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and came into contact with Juanita. Juanita stated that she was in an argument with Mark when he suddenly pulled a gun on her. After their argument, Juanita told Mark to leave. Juanita then came to talk to Mark in his room, but when she opened the door, she saw him pointing a gun at her. Mark proceeded to take Juanita’s phone and threw it outside. Once Juanita recovered her phone, she came back inside and noticed that Mark was gone and her car was missing. Mark Thomas was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
Mark Allen Thomas of Sevenmile Ferry Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 13th, charged with aggravated assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,000.
