21-year-old Carlos Pineda-Echeverria was seen speeding in a black Lexus IS 250 on I-24 West early February 13th. An officer observed on his speed radar that Carlos was traveling over 83 mph in a 70mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted, which discovered that Carlos’s Lexus bore an expired tag. Once Carlos came into contact with the officer, he handed the officer his license and expired insurance. After running Carlos’s license, it returned under a revoked status for driving under the influence. Carlos Pineda-Echeverria was taken into custody and charged with a revoked license, no registration, no insurance, and speeding.
Carlos Hernan Pineda-Echeverria of Needmore Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 13th, charged with revoked license, no registration, no insurance, and speeding. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
