26-year-old Kim Marney McIntosh was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, Benatherine Cooper, at their The Flats Off Malibu apartment on March 20th. Officers came into contact with Cooper, who told them that she found out that McIntosh had cheated on her. When she did, she tried to push McIntosh awake to tell him to leave their apartment. Once he was awake, McIntosh began to gather his belongings. However, while doing so, McIntosh turned around and pushed Cooper, holding her down. Cooper struggled to get away and, in doing so, might have scratched McIntosh’s face and hand. Kim McIntosh was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Kim Marney McIntosh of Malibu Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into Montgomery County Jail on March 20th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
