23-year-old Benatherine Cooper was involved in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend, Kim Marney McIntosh, at their The Flats Off Malibu apartment on March 20th. Officers arrived and made contact with McIntosh, who stated that Cooper woke him out of his sleep by punching him multiple times, leaving a scratch on his face. McIntosh informed officers that this happened because Cooper found out he was cheating on her. Benatherine Cooper was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Benatherine Jean Cooper of Malibu Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 20th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
