21-year-old Teanna Westcarr was involved in a domestic altercation with her cousin, Zarria Moorman, at Peachers Mill Road on March 20th. Officers arrived and made contact with Moorman, who stated that Westcarr punched her in the face over an argument. Officers then made contact with Westcarr, who said that Moorman was inside her home talking about her sister who had passed. Westcarr told Moorman to keep her sister’s name out of her mouth, but Moorman continued talking. Westcarr informed officers that she only threw one punch and ended the dispute. Teanna Westcarr was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Teanna Sharell Lavae Westcarr of Peachers Mill Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 20th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
