59-year-old Kevin Perkins was caught driving without a valid driver’s license in a Nissan Altima at the Greenfield Drive and Paradise Hill Road intersection on April 26th. While speaking to Perkins, officers observed multiple indicators of intoxication. This led to officers requesting Perkins to perform field sobriety tests. Perkins consented to the sobriety tests but performed poorly. Perkins told police that he used cocaine before the stop and that there would be THC in his blood. Kevin Perkins was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and driving without a driver’s license on April 27th.
Kevin Perkins of Crossland Avenue in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 27th, charged with Driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
