24-year-old Yan Mirabel was caught shoplifting from the Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on April 26th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and spoke with the victim. The victim stated that Mirabel was trying to break his car window. Walmart surveillance footage showed Mirabel striking the window and door of the victim’s vehicle with a tent stake. Surveillance footage also showcased Mirabel entering Walmart, getting several pieces of exercise equipment, and leaving the store without paying. The items Mirabel stole were worth $105. Yan Mirabel was taken into custody and charged with burglary and property theft.
Yan Carlos Fundora Mirabel was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 26th, charged with burglary and theft. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,000.
