44-year-old Jonathan Miller was seen reversing his car at a stop light on North Riverside Drive on March 27th. Officers made contact with Miller and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached him. When Law enforcement asked Miller if he had been drinking, he admitted that he had a Corona beer before driving. Miller agreed to field sobriety tests but performed poorly on them. During a search of Millers’ car, officers found eight Corona beer bottle caps and a loaded Smith and Wesson handgun with three magazines. Jonathan Miller was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a firearm while under the influence on May 27th.

Jonathan Terrell Miller of Kangaroo Ave in Killeen, TX, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 27th, charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence and driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,000.
