25-year-old Brandy McCone was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Gavin Brown, at their Village at Peachers Mill residence on May 27th. When officers came into contact with Brown, he stated that while he was arguing with McCone, she poured tea on his clothes. Brown informed officers that when he told McCone to stop, she picked up a TV and threw it at him. He was able to block the TV, but it scratched his hands. Brown retreated into the bathroom while McCone continued to throw various items. When officers spoke with McCone, she admitted that she poured tea on his clothes but stated that Brown was the one who threw the TV. Brandy McCone was deemed the primary aggressor, was taken into custody, and charged with domestic assault.
