Clarksville Police responded to Marla Drive at 1:30 a.m. on January 1st, to find 21-year-old Gabriel David Lee Delaney banging on the front door of a residence, causing an unwanted disturbance. Police describe him as “wearing only wet jeans” when they arrived, with a “pungent odor of alcohol”.
Police attempted to determine why he was at the location, but say his slurred speech and level of intoxication prevented him from answering questions appropriately. He was determined to be a danger to himself due to his current state and was taken into custody.
Gabriel Delaney was booked into the Montgomery County Jail, charged with public intoxication.
