45-year-old Clarksville Realtor Ruth Ann Devito was booked on an outstanding warrant, charging her with harassment. The prosecutor, Lacy Outler, of Southside, says despite being told to not contact her multiple times, Devito has sent over 200 text messages which were annoying and alarming.
Ruth Ann Devito was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and charged with harassment. She is free on a $500 bond, via Fizer Bonding Company, and was released to her 3063 Woody Lane address in Clarksville. An outstanding order of protection was also served on Ruth Ann Devito at the time of her arrest.
