Clarksville Police Sergeant Lisa Fatula says she observed 18-year-old Zachery Harrison drive into the Kohl’s shopping center parking lot, get out of his vehicle, pull down his pants, and let the urine flow through him and onto the parking lot. He then stumbled back to his vehicle and drove away. She initiated a traffic stop when and took him into custody for DUI. He blew a 0.153% BAC on a breathalyzer.
Zachary Keith Harrison was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 27th, charged with underage driving while intoxicated. He is free on a $2,500 bond to his 146 Bagwell Road address in Dover, TN.
