28-year-old Tiffany Gaines was stopped near Tiny Town Road and Peachers Mill Road just after 3 a.m. on April 3rd after several traffic infractions and weaving and changing lanes erratically. Officers say she smelled of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Her SUV was also unregistered and the license plate was not on file. She blew a 0.160% BAC on a breathalyzer.
Tiffany Camiah Gaines was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 3rd, charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and improper registration. She is free on a $2,000 bond via Maranda’s 24 Hour Bail Bonding to her 223 Burch Road address in Clarksville.
