Harold Baker charged with felony Walmart Burglary; items never left the building

63-year-old Harold Baker is now charged with felony burglary after loss prevention associate Nicholas Mullins at the Walmart on Fort Campbell Blvd says they recognized him from May when he was trespassed from the business. Nicholas Clyde Mullins called Clarksville Police and reported that Baker once again had taken items from a retail shelf and carried them to a register, and concealed them in a bag.

He then brought them to a second register, along with some additional items which he paid for, and attempted to leave the building. The associate stopped Baker, detained him, and recovered the stolen items. Officers transported Bater to jail and charged him with felony burglary, he then posted a $5,000 bond.

Harold Baker of Solid Rock Ct in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 22nd, charged with felony burglary. He is free on a $5,000 bond.
