34-year-old Dominique Alexis Elkins has been indicted by the Grand Jury on one count of identity theft. Court documents allege Elkins used the bank account of Walter Palmer to make a payment to Cherokee Property Rental in the amount of $2,089.50.
Dominique Alexis Elkins of Raleigh Ct in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 8th, charged with identity theft. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $5,000.
