27-year-old Daniel Medina was found crawling around on the ground and vomiting at the Shell at 1820 Fort Campbell Blvd, just four blocks from his home, just after 9 p.m. on January 15. Officers arrived to check on his welfare and noted his extreme level of intoxication. He was unable to provide any information about how he got there, what he was doing, where he lived, or any way to get him somewhere safe.
Daniel Arturo Medina of Christopher Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on January 15th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
