21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Wendy Osias was booked on an outstanding warrant Wednesday, charging him with the theft of a wig in October. Dominique Nall says she sold Wendy a wig valued at $509 at Strandz By Nicole, which is seen on video at the business. After purchasing, Osias disputed the charge with his bank and put a stop payment on the transaction. Ms. Nall has text messages between Osias and his spouse in reference to the payment that she says she never received, as it was disputed.
Wendy Osias of Jumpers Pass in Oak Grove, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 7th, charged with theft of property, speeding, and child restraint violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
