Joshua Hendon caught driving without license down Highway 79

38-year-old Joshua Kent Hendon was driving without a front bumper down Highway 79 on December 3rd. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and were able to identify Hendon by his Mississippi ID. They ran his information through the NCIC and noticed two prior charges of driving without a license in October 2005 and November 2006 in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. Hendon also had two failure-to-appear convictions in 2015 from there as well. He was taken into custody for driving without a license and driving without a bumper or energy absorption device.

Fort Campbell Soldier Wendy Osias charged with stealing a wig from Strandz by Nicole

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Wendy Osias was booked on an outstanding warrant Wednesday, charging him with the theft of a wig in October. Dominique Nall says she sold Wendy a wig valued at $509 at Strandz By Nicole, which is seen on video at the business. After purchasing, Osias disputed the charge with his bank and put a stop payment on the transaction. Ms. Nall has text messages between Osias and his spouse in reference to the payment that she says she never received, as it was disputed.

Soldier found drunkenly wandering neighborhood just before daylight — William Cooper

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier William Cooper was found extremely intoxicated with soiled clothing at 4:45 a.m. Saturday, wandering through a neighborhood on Sandpiper Drive. And officer notes he had a “pungent smell” about him and neighbors reported he had attempted to enter random vehicles and multiple addresses, not knowing where he was at.
