Police say 32-year-old Jerrick Begay drove into a yield sign just after 1 p.m. last Friday and refused to stop for officers who were flagging him down. A few minutes later, a unit caught up with the vehicle, which was now parked at a home on Cunningham Lane. They met with Begay, who was inside, and noticed he was visibly intoxicated. He admitted to having two double shots of Jack Daniel’s Whiskey just prior to driving. He was taken into custody and charged with DUI.
Jerrick Deshoba Begay of Cunningham Ln in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 10th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
