24-year-old Josefin Zapata is charged with the domestic assault of her ex-boyfriend, Gavonta’e Marshall, after a 3 a.m. argument on Thursday. The two were reportedly having a disagreement about their living situation when she became increasingly agitated and attacked him. Officers documented multiple scratch marks along the victim’s neck. Zapata was transported to booking and charged accordingly.
Josefin Delaila Zapata of Fairview Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 16th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,500.
