27-year-old Heavenly Rowden is charged with harassment after Kimberly Jares Aretz says she told Rowden to stop contacting her, yet she continues to send text messages and show up at her home. The harassment reportedly began on January 20th and has continued until the present time.
Heavenly Ann Rowden of Oak St in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 28th, charged with harassment. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
