61-year-old Kongg Russell was jailed on July 16th when officers observed her swerving in and out of lanes of traffic in her Kia Sorento on Tiny Town Road and initiated a traffic stop. Officers immediately noticed her red glossy eyes and could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle. She admitted to playing golf earlier and drinking beer. She stumbled out of her vehicle and had to be redirected multiple times on where to go. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was then transported to Sango ER for a blood draw before being taken to booking.
Kongg Ok Russell of Berkshire Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 16th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,500.
