24-year-old Zyiair Scott was jailed on July 9th when officers observed him swerving in and out of lanes of traffic several times on Dover Road. He was pulled over and slowly expressed to police that he had a gun in his vehicle, which they were able to locate. He admitted to drinking earlier in the night and consented to field sobriety tests. He performed poorly and was taken into custody.
Zyiair Elee Scott of Chalet Cr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 9th, charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence, driving under the influence, and implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000.
