36-year-old Frank Williams was jailed on July 22nd when Naomi Porter told police that her guest at the MidTown Inn on Kraft Street was drunk and refusing to leave. Officers found Williams standing outside next to a dumpster. He smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech, and bloodshot watery eyes. He was given several opportunities to find a ride but refused and was taken into custody as he was a danger to himself.
Frank Rukuf Williams of Lawn St in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 22nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
