William Rice found with crystal meth after being bounced from Electric Cowboy

34-year-old William Rice was jailed on July 22nd after a complainant, Thomas Woods, reported he was drunk and refusing to leave the troubled Electric Cowboy bar. When officers arrived, they observed Mr. Rice standing near the entrance of the club. They could smell alcohol coming from him as he slurred, refusing to find a ride. He was then taken into custody and searched. Police located a baggie in his pocket containing 2.5 grams of methamphetamine.

William Michael Douglas Rice of College St in Elkton, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 22nd, charged with a methamphetamine violation and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,500.
