21-year-old Julian Roman was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 30th after a struggle over his wife’s phone. Lakiah Warren told police that she and her husband had been arguing, and he tried to grab her phone from her. When she pulled her phone away, Roman grabbed her by the shirt, and she grabbed him back. He had visible cuts to his fingers, and there was blood and skin on the phone. Police determined Roman to be the primary aggressor.
Julian Cesar Roman of Ash Ridge Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 30th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
