21-year-old Rachel Ingram was booked on August 31st after police responded to a welfare check on Brittany Court. Raven Ingram told police that she heard an argument between Rachel and her boyfriend when she came home. Raven called the homeowner about the altercation, which upset Rachel, and she tried to hit her sister with a fan to retaliate. According to Raven, she defended herself, which led Rachel to leave the house. Police were not able to make contact with Rachel due to her not having a cell phone and usable address within the city.
Rachel Lee Ingram was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 31st, charged with domestic assault. She is free on a $1,000 bond.
