30-year-old Griffin Evans was shirtless while confronting people outside of the troubled Electric Cowboy club on the night of October 13th. Officers responded to a call for service regarding an intoxicated individual at N. Riverside Dr. and observed Evans walking around the parking lot without a shirt on. Evans was visibly intoxicated as officers spoke with him and could not find a ride home, so was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Griffin Lee Evans of Cobalt Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 14th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
